Chemical Engineer and Materials Scientist with more than 15 years of experience across lithium technologies, energy storage, electrochemical systems, and process development. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Melbourne, an M.S. in Chemical Engineering from National Taiwan University, and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Bolivia. He currently works as Senior R&D Engineer at ElectraLith, developing and scaling up lithium extraction and refining technologies based on electrodialysis (ED), bipolar membrane electrodialysis (EDBM), and advanced membrane processes, spanning laboratory research, pilot-scale validation, process engineering, techno-economic assessment, and technology commercialization. He is a member of the Bolivian Society of Engineers. His interests include lithium extraction and refining, battery recycling, electrochemical engineering, membrane technologies, and the development of sustainable critical minerals supply chains.
