Ph.D. in Future and Convergence Engineering Technology from Soonchunhyang University, Republic of Korea (2024), with research focused on surface modifications of lithium metal anodes. He holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Mayor de San Simón, Bolivia (2011), and an M.S. in Chemical and Environmental Engineering from Soonchunhyang University. He currently serves as researcher at the Center for Core Research Facilities at Soonchunhyang University, focusing on advanced materials characterization and battery research support. His research lines include surface chemistry, electrode materials, energy storage systems, and sustainable battery technologies. His prior experience includes renewable energy projects in Bolivia, including the design and installation of wind turbines and solar thermal projects with the NGO Energética.

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Diploma in Higher Education Teaching, and Master's in Family Therapy from Universidad Católica Boliviana "San Pablo". He has a decade of experience at the Bolivian Ministry of Defense, leading educational processes for youth in mandatory military service and Integral Development programs in Health and Education. He has graduate-level teaching experience at Universidad Católica Boliviana "San Pablo", with active research in Education, Health, and Mental Health. His complementary training includes specializations in Systemic Clinical Psychology, Brief Therapies, and Forensic Sciences for Criminal Investigation.

Ph.D. in Energy and Development from Universidad Mayor de San Simón (2023), where he currently serves as Director of the Mechanical, Electromechanical and Energy Engineering Program at the Facultad de Ciencias y Tecnología. His research lines include Mechanical Design, Manufacturing Technology, Renewable Energy, and Electric Vehicles. He has authored over 20 scientific publications. He teaches Mechanical Technology and Computer-Aided Design (CAD). In 2017 he was awarded the National "Golden Seal" Prize in Technological Innovation for his contribution to Bolivia's technological development.

M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst (2025), obtained through a Fulbright scholarship, with research on structural control of wind turbines. She completed her undergraduate studies in South Korea through the KGSP scholarship. She has professional experience in industrial automation, technical sales, and R&D consulting in Bolivia and the USA. She is proficient in MATLAB, Python, C++, PLCs, and SolidWorks, and is fluent in Spanish, English, French, and Korean.

Electronic Engineer with experience in satellite communications and embedded systems. He is currently a Ph.D. candidate at Rice University, United States, where his research focuses on artificial intelligence applied to heart failure and physiological signal analysis for cardiology, as well as embedded AI for wearable health devices. He is a member of IEEE EMBS, IEEE CAS, ASAIO, and Sigma Xi.

Electronics and Systems Engineer (UTEPSA, 2023), currently completing the thesis phase of her Master's in Industrial Robotics and about to begin a second Master's in Semiconductor Technology at Tezpur University, India. She is co-founder and Research Coordinator of FabLab Santa Cruz, and teaches Microcontrollers and IoT at Universidad Privada Franz Tamayo (UNIFRANZ). Her research in embedded systems and microelectronics includes designing a processor in Sky130A technology and the Arakuaa project, recognized by Chevron/Fab Foundation and the YLAI program.

Chemical Engineer and Materials Scientist with more than 15 years of experience across lithium technologies, energy storage, electrochemical systems, and process development. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Melbourne, an M.S. in Chemical Engineering from National Taiwan University, and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Bolivia. He currently works as Senior R&D Engineer at ElectraLith, developing and scaling up lithium extraction and refining technologies based on electrodialysis (ED), bipolar membrane electrodialysis (EDBM), and advanced membrane processes, spanning laboratory research, pilot-scale validation, process engineering, techno-economic assessment, and technology commercialization. He is a member of the Bolivian Society of Engineers. His interests include lithium extraction and refining, battery recycling, electrochemical engineering, membrane technologies, and the development of sustainable critical minerals supply chains.
